When an order for our service is placed, it will be delivered and uploaded or emailed as per the request in the order according to the timescale selected by the user at the point of order submission. Bytespan UK Limited does cannot be held responsible for the internet connection, which may interfere with downloading the artwork. If the connection is slow or not available thus causing a failure to receive the artwork and subsequently causing a loss, you are advised to have alternative methods ready to download your work. Similarly, if there are delays or issues caused with Bytespan UK ltd’s servers or services we will notify our customers and ensure this is proactively rectified within a reasonable timescale.
